notes: The album itself was recorded in Nashville during May/June of 2001 by Joe Funderburk, whose production credits include Jerry Reed, Emmylou Harris, The Judds, and many local combos of all types. The album was recorded and mixed in 21 weeks of spilled drinks, shouting, BBQ, and veiled threats.

"It has a more comercial sound. We certainly hope Peeping Tom will get serious radioplay. I would be shocked if it didn't. Hell, a couple of the Fantomas songs and Tomahawk songs are pretty damn cattchy, too. But you never know and you can't count on those things. If it happens, great, if not, oh well. Mike does not create music with the goal of selling millions of records. Of course it would be nice, but the goal is to create cool, interesting music. You will hear a lot more 'singing' from him. Peeping Tom is very modern and pop sounding to me. We need to find the right label and most importantly the right producer/engineer. Mike is intrigued by the idea of working with a choir if it fits the song. Maybe a duet, too."
